Returns for manufacturers defect must be communicated to Animals Matter, Inc with in 7 days of receipt. Animals Matter will not accept returns on used merchandise. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used.

Animals Matter, Inc. prohibits the sale of our products on eBay.
